Gallery
This project consists of three interlocking spaces, featuring similar forms but ranging in size. The first, and the smallest, is an entry and gathering place. The space is held in compression, with a low roof that guides visitors to the main gallery space in the center. The gallery space has an enormous ceiling space, meant to make the space feel outdoors and not contained, and to let the work, not the architecture, be the focus of the space. The final space is meant as a workshop, and, if needed, additional gallery space. A glassed in area allows for idea production, while the lower area allows for physical production.
